Boats, paddles and buoyancy aids will be provided by the organisers. A qualified helmsman will be on board to support you throughout the race.

Running-style clothing is perfectly suited for Dragon Boating. Note that there’s a good chance you’ll get splashed, so we strongly recommend you bring a change of clothes.

If you do not have a valid FFCK competition licence, a medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of Dragon Boat dated less than one year is compulsory to be able to get into a boat, whatever your position.
